    We do not offer monetary refunds for customer dissatisfaction related to contents, recipient preference, or change of mind once the order has been processed or shipped.

    2. Exceptions for Monetary Refunds (Shipping Errors Only)

    A full monetary refund will only be processed under the following strict conditions:

    • Shipping Error: The tracking information clearly shows the package was lost in transit and cannot be recovered (subject to investigation by the carrier and our team).
