At The Hug In a Box Co., we want every box to deliver maximum comfort and joy! Please review our policy carefully:
1. General Policy: Credits or Replacements Only
We do not offer monetary refunds for customer dissatisfaction related to contents, recipient preference, or change of mind once the order has been processed or shipped.
Instead, we are pleased to offer store credit or a product replacement for eligible issues (see Section 2).
2. Exceptions for Monetary Refunds (Shipping Errors Only)
A full monetary refund will only be processed under the following strict conditions:
